Registration Details
If you’re eager to be part of this incredible event, here’s what you need to know about registration:
- Online Registration: Complete the online registration as an “Individual Sport” for all sports, including doubles events.
- Entry Form: Make sure to complete the official entry form.
- Payment: Include the total payment (please do not send cash). Make checks payable to the Gainesville Sports Commission.
- Registration Deadline: Your registration and payment must be received by August 17, 2022, at 7:00 PM. The mail-in entry deadline is August 12, 2023.
- Late Registrations: Late registrations are subject to a $5 late fee and are not guaranteed acceptance. T-shirts and goodie bags are not guaranteed for late registrants.
- No On-Site Registration: For certain events, including Table Tennis, there will be no on-site registration.
- Multiple Events: You can enter as many sports or events as you desire, with the exception of swimming (up to 6 events).
- Schedule: It’s the athlete’s responsibility to ensure there are no schedule conflicts, so plan accordingly.
- Doubles Events: If you’re participating in doubles events, each partner must fill out a separate registration.
- Waiver: Each athlete must complete the waiver before competing.
Registration Fees
- First Event: $15
- Additional Events (up to six total): $5 per event
- Additional one-time $5 facility fees required for Archery, Cycling, Swimming, Track & Field.
